Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (except in cases of illness/covid protocols) will be charged 50% of the service.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance (except in cases of illness/covid protocols) will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
My business hours are as follow: Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm and Friday 9am-5pm. My last appointment Monday-Thursday begins at 5pm-ish. My last appointment on Friday begins at 3pm. Wednesdays are usually my day of.
If you would like an appointment outside of regular business hours, ie a weekend appointment, or a an appointment starting earlier or later than my business hours, a $50 surcharge will apply and I will consider requests on a case by case basis.
